Our promise
MetaMagican is operated by John Smith Kristiansen under the JSK Consulting brand. We want every creator to feel confident using the platform. If a charge looks wrong, or the product clearly did not deliver what we promised, we will make it right.
14-day money-back guarantee
New Pro subscribers can request a full refund within 14 days of their initial purchase for any reason — no questions asked, provided the account has not made substantial use of paid Pro features (heavy credit consumption or bulk downloads). Email support@metamagican.com from the address on your account and we will process the refund through Paddle.
When refunds are always granted
- Refund requests made within 14 days of a new Pro purchase (see above)
- Duplicate charges
- Billing errors on our side
- Technical payment failures that resulted in an unintended charge
- Exceptional goodwill situations, reviewed case by case
Normally non-refundable
- Credits that have already been consumed
- Partially used subscription periods
- Completed AI analyses and generations
This is industry standard for usage-based AI services — once compute and model calls have been spent on your behalf, those costs cannot be reversed.
Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account.
- Access remains active until the end of the current billing period — no forced lockouts.
- We do not issue automatic prorated refunds for unused time within a period.
How to request a refund
Email support@metamagican.com from the address on your account, or use our contact form. Include the invoice ID and a short note explaining the issue. We aim to respond within two business days.
Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Paddle, our payment provider, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
