We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all MetaMagican purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or email support@metamagican.com from the address on your account. Include your invoice ID and we will help you through the process.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Paddle, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
